As soon as the relay started, I hopped off the couch and started moving in front of the TV yelling at them (as if they could hear me or even cared what I was saying) and as soon as Lezak touched the wall I was seriously running around the living room screaming "SUCK IT FRANCE, SUCK IT FRANCE" and it was amazing.

I consider myself pretty intensely patriotic, but the Olympics make me want to walk around all the time waving a flag and singing the National Anthem. OH MY GOD I LOVE AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL THESE WERE MY EXACT WORDS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE RELAY. That was just so much fun to watch, though. I am so glad that I didn't go to bed and I opted to watch this, because GJELTULEJFASKJF AMAZING. ILU, TEAM USA.

I have a HUGE (and unnecessary) hatred for France (because of problems passing my French class) so it was AWESOME to run around yelling that tonight. UGH I LOVE IT!!!
